Schedule and times:
Registration for the Produce Show, Children’s and Pumpkin Competitions:
• 10.45am – 11.00am: Priority registration for Volunteers
• 11.00am – 11.30am: Open to all
• 11.30am – 12.10pm: Judging for Produce Show and Children’s Competitions
• 12.15 – 12.45: Pumpkin Competition Weigh-in and Awards
• 12.45 – 1.15: Special Centenary Presentations followed by Sunflower and Family Scarecrow Competition awards and, last but not least, ‘Best in Show’!
• 1.15pm: Raffle Prize Announcements
(times may vary after Produce Show judging)

Café open from 11.00am – 12.30pm
Beer Tent open from 11.30am – 2.00pm

Please bring cash – £s and 50ps for Raffle tickets, refreshments and quality purchases.
And don’t forget a picnic – no BBQ this year!

We would prefer you to wear masks and comply with social distancing for
the safety and well being of all
NB – NO PARKING in the Show area – free Sunday street parking

Young Plotholders Art Competitions:
Paint a Pot – decorate a plant pot with ‘100’ in the design, pot diameter up to 12cm (for ages up to 10)
Make, draw, paint, design ‘100’ using produce from your plot: veg, fruit, flowers, seeds,
maximum size of card, paper or box background – A3 (for ages up to 15)

Awards Presentations:
• Best in Show
• Tallest Sunflower Competition
• Family Scarecrow Competition
